Lisa MillsFree education workshops for visiting and/or aspiring filmmakers will be offered Feb. 13, 2014, at the Greater Sanford Regional Chamber of Commerce, 400 E. 1st St., Sanford. The sessions will be lead by Lisa Mills, associate professor of film at the University of Central Florida.
